Instructions

• Use the "Draw Polyline" tool" (upper left corner of the map) to draw the lines you wish to inspect (the two other tools below can be used to edit or remove lines)
• Fill in the form with all the requested details
• When done, press "CREATE APPLICATION" and save it as a PDF
• Email the PDF to the Arlanda Tower and await confirmation

All fields are required. If you are uncertain about a field, like the date of flight, make a note of it in the "Extra info" field and explain why.

For the name, phone nr and email, we request that it is for someone that will be on-board the actual inspection flight (pilot or inspector for example).

If you are unsure about the aircraft type in standard ICAO code use "airplane" or "helicopter"

If you are unsure about the aircraft registration use "XX-XXX"

By checking the box you confirm you can maintain at least 335ft QNH during the entirety of the inspection. (If you are unable to do so to inspect the powerlines, it is likely you will be heavily restricted and the inspection will take a long time and be delayed as we cannot see flights below 335ft on our radars.)
